Our attorneys have considerable experience helping clients in matters including water and drainage law, wetland easements, environmental permitting requirements, site assessment and restoration, renewable energy contracts, endangered species, and hunting, trapping, and fishing laws.
LITIGATION
Leistico & Esch, PLLC has over 25 years of experience representing clients in litigation matters in state and federal courts at the trial level and on appeal. We also represent clients in administrative agency appeals. As trial counsel, we promote our client’s interests at all litigation and negotiation proceedings in the case and strive to achieve favorable outcomes and practical, workable solutions.

MEET THE TEAM
Leistico & Esch, PLLC was created in 2022 by Gary Leistico and Jayne Esch,
an experienced team of attorneys that have been successful in representing clients in agricultural, environmental, criminal defense, and litigation matters in the eight years they have been working together.
The Leistico & Esch family has expanded by welcoming attorney Thomas Maigaard,
paralegal Darlene Finken, and firm administrator/paralegal Meghan Quinn.
